Independent reader-run reference about Rowbuy. Not Rowbuy, not its operator, no account access. Who writes the Pairbook

Rowbuy Spreadsheet Pairbook

Rowbuy file: the shopping agent every Pairbook entry points to

Rowbuy described: its own account of itself, the two company names it shows, where it behaves like every other agent and where it does not, and when you should pick another agent. Facts read on rowbuy.com between October 21 and 24, 2026.

What Rowbuy is, from its own help center

What is Rowbuy? In its own words, "your personal shopping agent in China": you find something on Taobao, 1688 or Weidian, and Rowbuy buys it for you, takes free QC photos, stores it and ships it worldwide, billing you in US dollars. The help center breaks that into five steps: find it, Rowbuy buys it, QC photos, consolidate, ship.

The site is young. Its help articles were written in mid-2026, the oldest blog page dates from May 2026, and it runs on a white-label shopping-agent platform shared with other brands, which explains a few leftover names and template pages around the site. We use the fourteen help-center articles as the reliable source and treat the template pages with care.

Two operator names on one website

Rowbuy's contact page and its "What is Rowbuy" article name FLAGAHOLICS LLC, a US-registered company with an address in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, support at [email protected] and hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 EST. The article adds that you are "paying a US business in USD".

The footer of every page, including the help center, reads "@2024 Shenzhen Tongxiao Network Technology Co., Ltd.", then a Guangdong ICP licence number after it. Nowhere on the site is the link between the two explained. Some of its footer pages, such as "Service & Fees" and "Returns and Refunds", are in fact a flag shop's retail terms. We state both names and leave the judgement to you; it is one reason to keep large balances out of any new agent until you have finished a first order.

Why use an agent instead of ordering from the seller directly?

A seller chooses the stock, materials, construction and dispatch time. A full-service agent purchases the selected option, receives it in China and arranges onward shipping. Those roles are complementary: changing agent does not fix a badly chosen size or make two visually similar listings the same product.

Rowbuy's help describes a staged workflow with goods payment first and international freight later. That gives the buyer a warehouse review point between the two. The practical benefit is coordination: one place to compare arrivals from different shops, raise a visible mismatch and decide which items belong in a parcel. Stored and approved remain separate decisions.

If the original seller offers suitable international delivery, clear return terms and a payment method you can use, buying directly may involve fewer steps. If you already purchase successfully inside China and need only forwarding, compare a forwarding service. Choose the amount of assistance your order needs, not the service with the largest banner.

Why choose Rowbuy: readable stages and a dollar-denominated bill?

Rowbuy's published help is concise: link or picture search, purchase, free QC photos, consolidation and shipping. It says bills are in US dollars and names a US company as operator, although a different company appears in the footer. The useful buyer-facing features are the workflow and payment presentation; the company-name wording alone is not protection against an order going wrong.

A cap-and-bag order, read as pairs

Choose the cap's color code and the bag's dimensions before paying. The seller's attractive picture is the offer, while the later QC images are evidence of what arrived. At the warehouse, Stored means available inventory, not your approval. At parcel submission, the cap's protection can enlarge the box even if the contents weigh very little. Open the weight pair before assuming that the lightest item makes the cheapest shipment.

Rowbuy's October 22, 2026 estimator returned US and Canadian lines with published weight steps, which makes this comparison possible for those dated samples. The help also describes storing purchases while you gather items. Neither feature proves that Rowbuy is cheaper or that every combination should be consolidated: compare eligible packed quotes and the cost of waiting.

A good fit is a buyer who values this review stage, has a working purchase path for the chosen listing and receives an acceptable current destination quote. If the fee remains unclear or the destination cannot be priced, keep the listing and compare another agent before sending money. The money pairs keep an unknown fee separate from a zero fee.

When another agent will serve you better

Choosing an agent is a fit test, not a ranking. Other shopping agents, such as Superbuy, CSSBuy, Sugargoo or Kakobuy, publish their own routes, fees and storage rules; compare them on the same points rather than on banners. Rowbuy is a poor fit if you live outside the United States and Canada, because its estimator offered no route elsewhere on October 22. It is a weak fit if most of what you want is on 1688 or Weidian while its search for those sources is failing; Fill&buy remains possible but slower.

It is also a weak fit if you want a published service-fee rate before your first order, or a large community to ask about a QC set. In those cases, comparing agents on fee transparency, route coverage and storage terms will serve you better than any coupon.

Why a pair-by-pair Spreadsheet helps more than a bare catalogue

Why this site and not a plain list of finds? Because nearly every costly Rowbuy mistake we could trace came from a pair of terms rather than a bad product: two prices on one page, two payments for one order, two weights for one box. A catalogue alone cannot warn you about those. The Pairbook keeps the shelves, dates every price and stock figure, and ties each shelf to the pairs that will matter after you click.

It is also maintained in the open. When we find a dead product link or a Rowbuy page that changed, the fix goes into the news log with its date.

Getting help from Rowbuy itself

Need help with an order? Only Rowbuy can see it. The help center holds fourteen short articles; the contact page lists [email protected] with weekday hours in US Eastern time; the site has a chat button; and the Discord server is linked from the homepage. For affiliate questions Rowbuy publishes a separate personal address, which we do not repeat here.

When you write, include the order number, the item, the screen you were on and a screenshot. If something on this site looks wrong, that is a question for us, not for Rowbuy: the about page has our address.
