Eight shelf doors from the Pairbook
Each door opens a full catalogue category. The photo on it is one of our own picks from Rowbuy search, read on October 24, 2026. The other eight shelves wait on the Spreadsheet page.

What is a Rowbuy Spreadsheet, and why use the Pairbook?
A Rowbuy Spreadsheet is a browsable product catalog, not a document you need to download. The Pairbook combines sixteen dated shelves with explanations of terms that look interchangeable but lead to different actions. Rowbuy handles orders and parcels; this site helps you choose a listing and understand the screen before you authorize that work.
One find, three comparisons
Consider a hoodie whose first image shows a heavy fleece but whose cheapest option is a lighter fabric. First compare the headline price with the selected option price. Then compare seller photos with warehouse QC: the former describe the offer, the latter show the item received for your order. Finally compare scale weight with chargeable weight before choosing the parcel line.
The choosing pairs, money pairs and weight pairs make those checks easy to revisit beside the catalog. They explain what to ask rather than treating a familiar agent logo as a product-quality guarantee. You can carry the seller URL and exact variant to another eligible service if Rowbuy does not fit.
Every current pick has a check date and a note from its listing. Our method describes how pairs and picks enter the site; the news log records corrections. A dated card still needs a current stock, size and price check on the seller or agent page before payment.

Why choose Rowbuy when you want to review before shipping?
A buying agent can separate buying from international dispatch. Rowbuy's help describes purchasing from a submitted Chinese marketplace listing, taking free warehouse photos, storing goods and consolidating a parcel. The useful part is the pause in the middle: you can compare the received size and option with the order before deciding what should travel.
Who this workflow may suit
Suppose you want a plain cap and a matching bag from different sellers. Rowbuy's link search and Fill&buy route provide ways to specify the items, while US-dollar billing may simplify reading the payment screen for a dollar-based buyer. The warehouse stage lets you review the cap's shape and the bag's handle attachments together, then ask how they should be packed. That is a stronger reason to consider an agent than a large coupon headline.
The evidence is dated. Our October 22, 2026 estimator test priced US and Canadian routes; our October 24 keyword-search test had errors for 1688 and Weidian while Taobao worked. A search failure is different from a confirmed refusal to buy a pasted listing. Check the route and purchase method for your own item.
Another agent may fit better if you need a confirmed destination Rowbuy cannot quote, a fixed photo package, or a published service-fee rate. Direct delivery may be simpler for a single ready-to-ship item. The Rowbuy file explains its documented benefits and the questions still open.

Distinguish seller delivery from international shipping
Domestic delivery takes the item from its seller to Rowbuy’s warehouse; international shipping takes the approved parcel onward to your address. A product page’s delivery charge therefore does not settle the whole trip. The paired entries show which screen carries each term and what to check before paying, so an unfamiliar label leads to a decision rather than another definition.
So each Pairbook entry carries both terms at once, in a split box: what each means at Rowbuy, where it appears on rowbuy.com, and a red "swap cost" strip that says what you lose by acting on the wrong one. Where we could put a number on the loss, from Rowbuy's own estimator data or product pages, we did, with the date.

Walkthrough preview: seven stops, seven swaps to avoid
The walkthrough follows one order from sign-up to the doorstep and stops wherever two terms collide. Registration comes with a coupon bundle that is not the Lucky Wheel coupon. Ordering means choosing between a product page and the Fill&buy form. Warehouse arrival shows a Stored status long before you approve anything. Parcel submission is where the scale reading meets the box size, and the second payment arrives.
We have not found a verifiable official Rowbuy tutorial video in the reviewed sources. The walkthrough uses screenshots of public pages and identifies the steps described only by help text or shown after login. The short clip above is one we made ourselves: dated screenshots of public pages for the first two stops, and labelled illustrations for the signed-in screens.

Compare scale weight with box size before choosing a line
Enter the parcel’s grams and all three outer dimensions in the weight calculator, then compare the scale and dimensional results for your destination. A smaller box changes the answer only if it changes the chargeable weight or a billing band. The second tool uses the Stored date for a storage countdown. Open the calculators for the dated inputs and keep the result separate from the final Rowbuy quote.
Both run in the page. They are planning tools built from Rowbuy's published numbers, so treat the output as a forecast and the carrier scale as the verdict.

Five pair families and where they sit
The pairs are filed in five families, one page each. Money pairs cover the two payments, the fee parts, the two prices on a product page and the two currencies. Weight pairs cover scale against box, first unit against later units, and estimate against final charge. Warehouse pairs cover Stored against approved, free storage against the ceiling, and Fill&buy against Forwarding. After-sales pairs sort problems by when they surface. Choosing pairs come first in time: seller against agent, listing photos against QC photos, Taobao against 1688.

Fresh from Rowbuy's notice board
Rowbuy runs three standing notices on its homepage: its referral scheme (every account can earn 5% to 8% of the freight paid by people it refers), a welcome note about the new-user shipping coupon bundle, and a peak-season reminder that delivery windows stretch. None of the three carries an end date. The news log keeps the wording we read and the date we read it, plus our own edit history.
If you only remember one thing from the notices: the coupon bundle is applied to international shipping, so it lowers the second payment, not the first.
