Account, coupons and paying
Is a Chinese mobile number required at sign-up?
No. Rowbuy asks for an email and password, with an optional invitation code. Social sign-in through Google, Facebook, LINE or Discord is also offered.
How much is the new-user coupon bundle worth?
Rowbuy does not say. Its pages promise a bundle that lowers the cost of the first parcel, visible on your coupons page. It applies to international shipping. See the coupon pair.
One order, two charges on my card: is that right?
Because Rowbuy splits every order into a goods payment at checkout and a freight payment after QC. That is normal; see the two payments.
What is the service fee?
An agent fee for purchasing, handling, QC and warehousing, named in Rowbuy's fee article. No rate was published on the dates we checked. Ask support before a large order.
Which currency will my card see?
US dollars. Listings are priced in yuan; Rowbuy converts, at 0.1476 on October 21, 2026. Your bank may add its own foreign charge.
Weight, lines and delivery windows
Which countries can Rowbuy ship to?
Its help says worldwide. Its estimator data on October 22 priced only the United States (two lines) and Canada (one line); Spain, Germany, Britain, Italy and France returned no line.
How long does delivery take?
The three lines in the estimator data were each quoted at 7 to 11 days. Rowbuy adds that customs and peak season can stretch any window.
Why is my freight bill higher than the estimate?
The estimate is for reference only; the bill follows the weight and size measured after packing, and an oversized box gets charged by its dimensions. See the weight pairs.
Can I ship a watch or a power bank?
Batteries are restricted by line and destination, and power banks appear on Rowbuy's prohibited list. Ask support before buying.
Shelf time and inspection photos
What is the longest an item can sit in storage?
The homepage allows 120 days in all and charges nothing for the first 90. Nothing public says what day 91 onward costs. The countdown gives your dates.
How many QC photos do I get?
Rowbuy does not give a number. It says the photos are free and show your actual item. If a detail is missing, ask before approving.
My order says Stored. Is it ready to ship?
Not yet. Stored means it arrived; you still review the QC photos and choose items for a parcel. See Stored and QC approved.
Where is the warehouse?
Rowbuy does not publish a city. The public Forwarding page showed a template address on October 24, so take the address from your account only.
Damage or loss spotted at home
The parcel arrived damaged. What now?
Write to Rowbuy support, quoting the order number and attaching photos, and hold on to the box and label. Rowbuy says it will help file a claim; timing depends on the carrier.
Who pays import duty?
You do. Rowbuy's customs article puts duty and tax on the buyer and leaves the amount to your own country.
Can I return an item for a refund after delivery?
Rowbuy's help covers wrong or damaged items raised before shipping, and claims for transit damage. It does not describe a change-of-mind return after delivery.
Where do I ask Rowbuy directly?
