Rowbuy Spreadsheet pair index: every twin term on one page
Twenty-six pairs of Rowbuy terms that look alike and act differently, filed two ways: by the moment in an order when you meet them, and by what a mix-up costs. Each link jumps to the full entry.
Pairs filed by the stage of an order
Read top to bottom and you have walked an order. The walkthrough does the same journey with screenshots.

Pairs filed by what a swap costs
Some mix-ups cost a few minutes. Others cost money that does not come back. Ranked roughly by how often they hurt, going by what Rowbuy's own pages and data show:
- Shipping cheap items alone. The US lines bill a 500 g minimum of CNY 135, about $19.93 at Rowbuy's October 21 rate. A $1.59 ring sent by itself pays twelve times its price in freight. Entry.
- Box size over scale weight. Our worked example, a 34 by 26 by 14 cm box holding 1.2 kg, costs CNY 78 more on the US lower-rate line once billed on size. Entry.
- Approving QC by habit. A wrong size approved at the warehouse becomes a parcel abroad and a claim instead of a seller return. Entry.
- Crossing a 500 g step by a few grams. On the US lines, 501 g bills like 1,000 g: CNY 39 more. Entry.
- Trusting the headline price. The work jacket headline was $57.43 and the default option $73.33. Entry.
- Counting storage from the wrong day. The 90 free days run from arrival, and Rowbuy does not publish what days 91 to 120 cost. Entry.

Buyer shorthand that has no twin
A few words in Rowbuy threads and help pages have no confusing partner; they are just jargon. This glossary keeps them together so the pair pages can use them without stopping to explain.
- QC: quality-control photos. Rowbuy takes them free at the warehouse, of your actual item, before anything ships abroad.
- GL and RL: buyer slang, short for green light and red light. They mean approving the QC photos or raising a concern about them. Rowbuy's own pages say "approve" and "raise a concern".
- Stored: the status Rowbuy's order page shows once a package has reached the warehouse.
- Line: one shipping route with its own price rule, weight limits and list of accepted goods.
- MOQ: minimum order quantity. Every Taobao page we opened showed 1; wholesale listings can say more.
- Fill&buy: the do-it-yourself order form for links that Rowbuy search fails to load.
